Zippy Quicky Southwest Soup

Serves: 6
Prep Time: less than 30 minutes

Ingredients:

1 can mexican stewed tomatoes
1 can frijoles-enchilada pinto beans
4 C chicken broth
1 C corn (fresh, frozen or canned)
1 1/2 C fresh pulled chicken (rotisserie)
3 yellow or white corn tortillas cut into slices
3-4 shakes of jalapeno salt
3-4 shakes of adobo (the chicken one)
1 t minced garlic

1. Um…throw it all in a pot and heat it up! Serve with cheese, sour cream, fresh guacamole and chips!
